i began this project on september 7, 2022. every day for one year i made a drawing using only a single tone of red, blue and yellow colored pencils which i did not sharpen (all roughly 8 x 10 inches). the intention was to focus on color using only the primary colors and form using dull pencils that are not able to execute intentionally fine details. the resulting drawings create a single, unified piece. the drawings are shown in chronological order from oldest to newest, left to right and top to bottom
